Bill Organizer, the apps and this website are published by DixonAppStudio LLC (Dixon App Studio). A real person reads every message, and we reply by email, usually within two business days.
Put one of these in the subject line so your message reaches the right place quickly:
- App help: backups, reminders, notifications, moving bills between the phone app and the web tracker, or Pro and restoring a purchase.
- Bug report: what you did, what happened, and your device and app version (Settings → About in the app).
- Calculator correction: the page address and the numbers you entered. Confirmed errors are fixed and the page's "reviewed" date is updated.
- Privacy request: questions about data or a deletion request. We answer within 30 days; the details are in the privacy policy.
- Business: partnerships, press or advertising questions.
Before you write
Many questions are answered on the help & support page, including what to do if bills disappear from the web tracker and how to get calendar reminders on a computer. The web tracker keeps your bills in your browser, so we can't see or recover them; please never email bank details, passwords or account numbers.
