Online Bill Tracker

Free and private. Your bills are saved in this browser only.

Loading your bills…

A simple monthly bill organizer for your computer

This is the web version of Bill Organizer. Add each bill with its amount, due date and how often it repeats. The tracker sorts them into overdue, due today, due soon and upcoming, and totals what's left to pay this month. Mark a bill paid and, if it repeats, the next one is scheduled automatically.

  • Bill calendar: every due date in a month view, including future repeats of recurring bills.
  • Income & budgets: add paychecks to see what's left after bills, and set a limit per category.
  • Exports: CSV for Excel or Google Sheets, a printable monthly list, and a calendar file with reminders.
  • Moves with you: the same backup file works in the iPhone and Android app.

Prefer paper? Use the printable bill tracker. Working out a new bill first? The 23 money calculators can add their result straight to this tracker.

Frequently asked questions

Is this online bill tracker really free?

Yes. There's no account, no subscription and no ads inside the tracker. It's the web companion to the free Bill Organizer app for iPhone and Android.

Where are my bills stored?

Only in this browser, on this device (in its local storage). Nothing is uploaded to a server, so we can't see your bills, and they won't appear on another computer unless you move a backup file there.

Will I get reminders?

A website can't reliably notify you when it's closed. Two ways to get reminders: export your bills to Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar from the Data tab (each bill gets an alert), or install the free phone app, which sends a notification before every due date.

Can I use it on my computer and my phone?

Yes. Back up to JSON in the phone app and restore the file here, or download "Backup for the phone app" here and restore it in the app. It's the same bill format on both.

What happens if I clear my browser data?

Your bills are deleted with it. Download a backup from the Data tab now and then; restoring it brings everything back.
